design and planning

All jobs begin with an idea which leads to a design and then to planning. After an initial consultation we can design the project, develop a cost structure, draft the blueprints and plans and then consider the logistics of the job. Our designs are done on AutoCAD and serve as the necessary plans to obtain any building permits and to specify the details of the entire job for everyone involved. Depending on the size of the job the design process can be contracted separately from any building work so the job can be put out to bid or can be done to create a road map of how all work will proceed if we do the work.
